The 2016 BAA Junior National Championship was on Saturday 25th June at the Richard Dunn Sports Centre, with junior Aikidoka taking fom clubs in Bradford, Leeds, Yon Ju Hachi (Boston Spa Aikido Club), Manchester and Dublin. The overall team trophy was won by the Leeds Central Aikido club.
The 11th TAIN International Festival (2015 Aikido World Championships) was held in Fiesch, Switzerland and was hosted by Tomiki Aikido Switzerland – Amicale Aikido Bex. Aikidoka from Belgium, Brazil, France, Georgia, Japan, Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Ukraine and USA took part in this international festival. The overall team trophy was won by the Huddersfield club.
