Sport Aikido Training (June)

Second training session on Sport Aikido.
Leading the sessions will be Dan Ramsden and Jim Bird, both awesome Randori players, as we did before at the previous session it will be working all exercises and movements for Randori / Hikitat – there will be no kata.
There is no minimum grade requirements but age minimum will be 14.
There was an amazing get together for the previous session held in January, for sport aikido groups all around the U.K. and Ireland in preparation for the next world championships in Switzerland next year. 40 on the mats for our first combined training sessions !
