Junior Club Grading (March 2024 – Thursday)

Club grading for all juniors (under 16 years)

For both syllabus juniors will need to demonstrate:
- Core skills
- Ukemi – Backward Breakfall, Forward roll (both), Backward roll (both), Forward rolling breakfall.
- Shikko
- Unsoku
- Tandoku-undo
- Kata
- Randori-no-kata – from 5 to all 17 techniques. Including tanto variants
- Randori-no-kata-no-ura-waza
- Di-yon
- Di-san
- Application
- Kakarigeiko (Shomen-ate & Tanto)
- Ninin Dori (Shomen-ate)
