Joint Aikido Course

Instructors for this course are:
Piers Cooke 7th Dan (Chairman BAB)
Piers started training in 1981/2 and for 17 years or so practiced under Sensei Ken Williams of The Ki Federation of GB, attaining the rank of 5th Dan. He is co-principal of Aikido in Daily Life.
He was awarded 7th by Maruyama Sensei in 2017.
Bob Jones 8th Dan (British Aikido Association)
Bob Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of the British Aikido Association and has been practising martial arts since 1966 achieving the rank of 8th Dan Sport Aikido, 4th Dan Traditional Aikido and 1st Dan Judo. He competed for over 20 years gaining several honours both nationally and Internationally.
Philip Smith 7th Dan (United Kingdom Aikikai)
Philip Smith began his Aikido career in 1968 and became a student of T K Chiba (a direct student of the founder of Aikido) in 1970.
He is recognised as a Shihan (master teacher); by the Aikikai Foundation Japan.
Cost for this course is £15.
