This Year’s ETAN Aikido Open championship will be held in Belgium.
It is expected that Aikidoka from 10 countries (12 Clubs) will attend the Championship. Belgium, Holland, France, Switzerland, Spain, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, UK and Ireland.
Schedule
The event is still being finalized, this is a draft of the event schedule:
Day One
- 9:45 am Opening Speech – Minister Muyters of Sport (Flemish Government)
- 10 am – 12 pm : Randori No Kata (Time Limit 3 minutes – no tanto – no grade restriction)
- 12 pm – 2 pm: Koryu No Kata (Time Limit 3 minutes – weapons allowed)
- 2 pm – 3 pm: Ninin Dori
- Break – Demo
- 3:30 pm – 6 pm: Team Randori (1 Woman – 4 Men)
Day Two
- 10 am – 3 pm: Randori Individual Women and Men
- Break Demo
- 3:30 pm – 4:45 pm Finals
- Randori no kata
- Koryu no kata
- Team Randori
- Individual Randori
